“Barchan”

Barchan – ruler of the dry, sandy desert – named after the flowing creases of the desert dunes.  Full of wisdom, knowledge and sight to all those who seek it.   You will find Barchan sitting comfortably on a piece of desert cholla which holds a gorgeous 3″ Diameter Sunstone/Moonstone sphere.  This Sunstone/Moonstone converges the powers of both the sun and the moon. It gives Barchan and its owner the sight and power of both the mind and body.  The Sunstone portion holds the energy of the sun and brings warmth and strength.  It increases confidence and personal power to help bring motivation and courage to grow.   The moonstone in this particular sphere is a bit more subtle, but is still there.  It  encourages introspection and heart-centered decision making.   When these two stones are combined it promotes acceptance, learning from your mistakes, and encourages flexibility to better your future.  It helps those who use it to understand and accept both the light and the dark within themselves.

Barchan also is surrounded by several beautiful Desert Roses.  The desert rose crystal it thought to be a powerful stone used to ground and bring mental clarity.  It is said to help mold your character and help you grow, change and improve as a person.

Not only does Barchan hold the power of the Sun/moonstone and the desert rose… but also the Pecos Valley Diamonds.  These diamonds are found within a strip of desert sands in  New Mexico.  The diamonds cascade from Barchan’s head all the way to the tail where you will find cactus spikes.  These PVD give protection, sparkle, and beauty to its sun tanned skin.  These diamonds also bring joyfulness, creativity, and motivation to try new ideas or goals.

Barchan is roughly 13″ tall and 13″ wide and weighs 3.5 lbs!  The base that holds the environment for Barchan is 15″x26″.  Everything combined together weighs roughly 10 pounds!

Barchan was created using a wire and foil armature and cosclay.  Cosclay is a specialized hybrid plastic/rubber polymer clay.  It will retain some flexibility after curing.  This unique flexibility adds a durable and resilient quality to the piece that allows it to be handled.  It is also painted using artist grade acrylic paints and sealed with a clear coat to help protect the beautiful colors.

Barchan is a OOAK (one of a kind) and will not be reproduced exactly  the same again.

Shipping is free within the continental USA.

Package can be shipped either USPS or UPS.  Each piece will be carefully wrapped, protected and boxed.

However rare, damage can never be ruled out as a possibility.  Due to this possibility, I will photograph and insure prior to its shipment.     I ask that when the package arrives, you take video or photos of the package and its contents.  This will help insure that if there is damage caused by the shipping company, there is proof and a claim can be easily filed.

If anything happens to your dragon during or after shipment, please reach out to me.  I will try my best to help and to keep you happy with your new friend!  Most issues are minor and can be easily fixed with a little bit of E6000.
