Shipping

All reptiles are shipped via FedEx overnight with a LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE. You must be able to pick up your reptiles at the closest available hub. Creatures are shipped Tuesday or Wednesday for next day pick up.

No reptile will be shipped if temperatures are not within an appropriate range for safe shipping. If purchased – your creature will be held until weather is safe for shipments. Night temps must be between 40-90*F.

Shipments may also be held due to carrier circumstances or busy holiday seasons. It is safer to wait to ship than chance having your creature get lost or delayed too long.

There are no refunds on shipping for delays caused by carrier. Purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs including original shipment and return/exchange shipments.

If something unfortunate happens during shipments and your creature was DOA – you MUST send pictures and video of the creature and the packaging IMMEDIATELY upon pickup. Failure to do so will void your LIVE arrival guarantee. Please keep the body until contact and instructions have been given. DOAs will be replaced with the same type of animal or animal of equal value (customer is responsible for shipping costs). If no replacement is available – a credit will be held for future date of use within 1 yr.

There is a $50 non- refundable cancellation fee on any purchase or hold. Refunds will be refunded to the original form of payment – minus the $50 and 8% credit processing fee.

All creatures are raised until they are at LEAST 3mo old. If you have placed a hold on a hatchling – I reserve the right to hold onto it past that initial 3mo if I feel it is not yet ready for shipment. This can sometimes occur if the baby is a slow grower or if sex is not completely determinable.

If you have reserved a hatchling and for some reason it passes before it comes to you – and there are no other available hatchlings from the same clutch – you will receive credit towards the next available clutch of your choice.
